Palletizing of cardboard boxes
With the robot palletizing cell, Gebroeders DOMS provides a flexible and performant solution for the end-offline palletising of cartons in the graphics industry. In a 2-shift system, two folding adhesive lines produce 10 cartons per minute. This in different sizes of minimum 300x300x200, maximum 900x500x600 and a net mass of 20 kg. These are palletized according to customer requirements.
The entire team took care of this project from A to Z. This includes both the development of the robot and its integration into the production line. The entire installation, consisting of two logistics lines at height with integrated automatically adjustable pick points and corresponding lift systems. To make transport to the winding street run smoothly, we provided a transfer shuttle.
