System concept
The RoboPAL system concept is based upon rugged field-tested industrial software. Introducing a hassle-free system and pattern configuration at the operator's fingertips due to a parametric approach. This means minimal input is required from the operator or ERP system to set up the system. Resulting in maximal flexibility on the production floor. Backed by comprehensive diagnostic and alarm capabilities.
The RoboPAL BASIC solution provides a stand-alone system. The system is fully integrated into the robot controller. The operator interface is provided via the robot teach-pendant. Basic line communication and convening are also implemented in the controller.

Mechanical
Typically mechanical end-of-arm tools need only two or three points of contact on the product. These points of contact can be covered with a soft friction material to help reduce damage and improve grip.
Vacuum
Vacuum end-of-arm tools are used for a wide range of products from boxes to soft flexible packaging. Vacuum and mechanical combinations are the perfect solution for bags.
Magnetic
These end-of-arm tools grasp ferrous material quickly and allow easy grasping of a wide range of product shapes including items with holes.
